I've been very busy with work and havent had a chance to sit down and take pics and update.
I did manage to get a pic of last nights dinner. I have to upload them and then i'll post.

Ok so today was a busy busy day. Got 6 of my 7 bouquets done. Still have a small pink one to do tomorrow. Its been tiring trying to get them all done today. Anywho menus for today are...
Breakfast:
2 Eggs w/American Cheese =163 cals
3 Sausages =160 cals
1 cup grits w/American Cheese 153 cals
Total for breakfast 476 Calories...heres breakfast...
Lunch:
Bowl of Roasted Garlic Rice Noodle Soup =250 cals
1/2 cup peaches with 2 tbs whipped cream =100 cals
Total for lunch was 350 cals.
Dinner:
2 cups cabbage = 100 cals
1 cup rice with sweet chili sauce =210 cals
1/3 cup beans =40 cals
Total for dinner was 250 calories.

Snack after dinner: 1 Apple Cinnamon Rice Cake 50 Cals
Total for the day 1126.
Very very busy day tomorrow delivering flowers and working for the PTO. I hopefully will be able to eat at home. Going to try to stop in and pick up a salad for lunch.

So yesterday was a hard hard day for me! I wanted so badly to go grab some chocolate and go to town. I had an uncontrolable craving...however I DID NOT let it get the best of me! I bought the rice cakes so that I would have something "sweet" and still healthy. I never liked rice cakes until I tried the Apple Cinnamon ones.
Anywho todays breakfast menu included:
2 Eggs w/american cheese =185 cals
3 sausage links =160 cals
1 peice of gluten free toast w/Strawberry jam = 110 cals
Total calorie intake for breakfast was 455 calories.
Heres a pic of breakfast (the bread was GREAT even if it doesnt look that way)
Did a work out on the wii...it was good but not good enough. Planning to do another round this afternoon after I finish up these roses.
Lunches menu consisted of:
Spring Onion Rice Noodle Bowl =250 Cals
1/2 cup peaches w/2 tbs whipped cream =100 cals
Total for lunch was 350 calories and very filling!
Snack was 7 Carmel rice cakes at 60 cals.
Dinner was good....had Sloppy Rice (Rice with Sloppy Joe mix on top).
2 cups rice =322
4 oz Sloppy joe mix =328 cals
3oz french fies =120 cals
Total for dinner was 770 calories.
Total for the day 1635 calories. Not a bad day! Gonna try some bacon tomorrow morning with some eggs and grits.

Ok so my morning didnt go as planned so my workout will have to wait until tonight when everything calms down. I have a busy day planned and if I can fit it in there before tonight thats a plus. This mornings weight was 224.5 lbs. EHHH...heres my proof.
So for this morning breakfast....2 eggs w/pepperjack cheese =162 cals
Lunch consisted of.....
Todays total was 1378 cals. Not bad. I am planning on working out tomorrow morning as soon as I wake up. Off to get some work done.Sunday, February 7, 2010
I've said it time and time again that I'm going to lose the weight and I never follow through with it. I dont know why really since I know I can do this. I think its just the fact that I really didnt care. I dont know what other reason aside from being lazy. I'm kind of tired of looking in the mirror and thinking OMG did I gain weight? I seem to be holding at a weight and its time for me to step up my game and get on with losing this extra weight. Last night my husband asked me to knock any sweets I see him eating out of his hand...I told him..."You're asking the WRONG person to do that." We have the same goal but we cant seem to acheive them. Napoleon Hill once said, "Whatever your mind can conceive and can belive; it can ACHIEVE!" This quote is on my vision board and I am trying very hard to follow the things I've put on there. I've even posted a picture of me pre-baby and pre-marriage..its 100lbs ago and I've set it as my goal for weight loss to meet by the end of 2011. I think its about time for me to wake up and realize that this weight isnt going to lose itself. Its not going to just go away on its own and I'm going to have to work to get it off. I know I dont want to be this size and I know I want to lose it so I have already "conceived" the idea I need to belive I can acheive it and I will. So with that said, I will start posting daily on my meals, workouts, and anything else that might affect my weight. I am hoping to be held accountable and questioned if I'm not posting. I will try to post 1-3 times a day if my time allows I will post 3 if not each night I definetly will. Tomorrow morning will be the start of day 1. Now I'm off to grab a snack and then work on some roses.

Sooooo I've set my mind to losing weight and I'm gonna do it.
I walked yesterday morning for 2 miles and then last night I walked another 1 mile.
I got up this morning and wanted to work out but then I started to feel lazy and didnt want to do anything. I pushed myself to get on the treadmilll and walk....and I did 2 miles!
I am proud to say I'm taking this seriously and I will lose this weight!
BD and I are going to have Sushi for lunch (2 points for 4 peices) and then we're going to the gym at 4 to do weights.
SOON I'm gonna blow away in the wind!

So I went in the kitchen and I told Big Daddy....
"SOOOO I'm looking for sponsors for my weight loss do you want to be one?"
He said whats that and what do I have to do?
I told him he had to pick a weight between 221 (my current weight) and 140 my goal (for now) and when I reach the weight he picked he has to present me with something...doesnt matter what you just offer a prize...and he looked at me and I said pick a weight he said 190lbs. I said ok and what do I get? His reply in a very serious voice...."400.00 CASH".
I asked him if he was serious he said yes....I told him all I have to do is lose 30lbs and you'll give me 400.00 and he agreed.
SOOOO now I've gotta get him to put it in writing.
Anyone else wanna pick a weight? I'm serious about this weight loss thing!
