Ok so with 2009 I plan to lose atleast a mini midget! I've set my first goal of the year at losing 55lbs by Thanksgiving...I know this is possible because I've done it before. I'll be posting everyday the things I've done for the day and what I've eaten and so on. SOOO be sure to keep an eye out on my progress. I'll be posting a prediet pic as soon as hubby gets home!

Ok soooo...I was on my diet ....SOOOOO I am sad to say I've gained weight. =o( I know its so sad. Unfortunately for me I've gained 30lbs. Well its time for me to get back on track and head toward my goal! Sooooo why are you telling us this? your asking....because I'm gonna give Weight Loss Sponsoring another try. I want my friends and family to help me lose my weight....well how can we do that you ask. By sponsoring me. If I've got motivation and support it wont be so hard. So here is how it works....Pick a weight loss (IE...100lbs) and offer me a PRIZE. Whether it be something small or something big or a surprise or whatever the case may be and make me work for it.

So Big Daddy bought me a tablet for my computer for my birthday so I could start drawing graphics...I'm still trying to decide if I want to sell them on my site. Anyways tell me what you think...PS this is only like 1/100 of what I have.

Well its been a long time since I posted...and I've set down several times to write but every time I do and I read it it sounds so stupid. LOL
Things around here are going pretty good.
Baby Girl is in school now and enjoying it. She comes home everyday and her behavior paper says STAR STUDENT....I dont think they have the right child...because she is far from being a star child at home. Sooo rotten I tell you. She is very good about taking care of her baby brother. She will take him upstairs and keep him up there while I clean or she is always looking for him to play. Baby Girl is growing up so fast. Last night she sat down and was doing math problems, and she's even got spelling test now...BTW she got a 100 on her practice test last night and it was 12 words. She has been reading ALOT lately and getting better at it each time. She has been singing constantly...she was singing in the shower last night and Big Daddy started laughing. I actually need to hook her Karoke Machine back up. She's been teaching her brother new words every night at dinner and even helps with his sign language.
Bug on the other hand doesn't get Star Child at all...It seems the older that he gets the worse he behaves. He has learned a lot of new words and please is one of them...and boy does he know how to use it. Its always PLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEE with a giant smile...and it is usually followed by POPPOP which means lollipop. He goes through Dumb-Dumbs like they are tic-tacs...he is constantly asking for one. He's growing up so fast it makes me sooo HAPPY...you thought I was gonna say makes me wanna cry right? HAHAHA NOOOOOOOOOOPE I cant wait for him to be in school and out of my hair. Forget these baby days. LOL And everyone ask me why I dont want another child..LOL BUG is the reason I don't want another one. He is ALOT smarter then a normal 19 month old. He can watch you do something (even if you don't know he is watching) and he has that mastered. He speaks about 5 times as much as Baby Girl did at his age. You can tell him a new word (not something huge obviously) and he will repeat it like a parrort. Yesterday he learned Rat (and says it perferctly). He usually masters at least one to two words a day. He can say harder words like chair, and Thank You, and a few others. He will sit and look at a situation and figure out how he needs to do something and get what he wants. He managed the other day to go into a closet get out his spongebob chair and take it to the kitchen. He climbed up on it and was heading to the cookies (walking on the counter) be raced me to the cookies and got one out before I could stop him. He knows when to say please and thank you and can tell the difference between hot and cold and tell you something is hot or cold. Its amazing to see how much he grows everyday.
Big Daddy is doing good, every weekend he spends time with Baby Girl...they go on Daddy Daughter Dates...last weekend they went to Chillis together with Bug. The weekend before that they went for ice cream and I think this weekend they are gonna go see a movie together. I love that they get to spend that time together. I wasnt fortunet enough to have my dad in the picture and maybe thats why I had a child at 17. Who knows...either way I love that they are spending time together. He also spends quality time with his precious lawn. When we first moved in he cut it and cut it too much and it started to die...so he is trying to bring it back to life. Poor thing.
I'm doing great. Gained alot of wait and now I'm trying to lose it all again. I swear I'll never get to my goal weight. LOL Hubby hasnt been helping out much buyin those snacks. LOL My business is doing great...if you havent visited you better...www.whatthewrap.com. My bestest best friend has acutally put some of her goodies on there. She does some awesome work.
Anywho thats about it for an update. I'll try to write more but cant promise nothing.

Well we're in Houston now (I'll tell the tale of our move in a min LOL). But anyways. Yesterday Baby Girl had her denist appointment and well she got a visit from the Tooth Fairy last night. The tooth fairy showed up at about 11 and at 3 the kids were in our room...BG was glowing with excitment with the fact that the tooth fairy had come and left her money and her tooth box but had taken her tooth. She couldnt stop talking about it. Bug was in the bed yappin too. LOL So I took them back to bed and climbed back in bed myself. It was funny cause she she came in BD was like she came when? LOL I was like at 11 and I told you she had come and you said cool. LOL He doesnt remember anything when he is sleeping..maybe thats when I should ask for something. LOL I'll take pics of BG without her tooth today.

Ok so here is a little background history into what made Donna Kent who she is today!

My mom and dad were never married. I was born on Sept 8, 1984. To a world of unknowns and not so good things. On March 23, 1986 my baby sister was born....well it just gets better right? NOT. My mom and dad fought ALL THE TIME. I remember one time when I was about 4 my dad punched through a door in our trailer (yes I was trailer park trash). Anyways at about 5 my mom and dad called it quits. My mom, my sister and myself moved in with my grandparents. Soon after my mom began dating....we'll call him #2, well they got married about a year later and it all went down hill. We spent about a year there getting beatings and well lets just say it was unpleasant. So then we moved in with....lets call him #3, and well that one was a doozie. That one lasted longer then the others but man that was HELL. That was 5 years of beatings and torture. There was one night right about the time my mom left that he pulled a rifle on me YES I SAID rifle. He told me that night I was the root of all their problems it was all my fault...not his drinking but me. Everything I had ever done was reason for every single fight every single beating (no I don't mean spanking I mean beating). On that night my mom, my sister, and myself walked up the street with the clothes on our back and and a book back with a change of clothes. My mom sent myself and my sister to live with my grandparents. Well over the course of about 6 months to a year my mom met...lets call him number 4. This was in 1997. They came to visit and told us they were going to move in together and get married. Well HELLO! Soo in 1997 we moved to Huger SC. This marriage lasted till 2002. I was 8 months pregnant with Baby Girl (yes I was only 17). My mom and my sister packed up and moved to Texas with lets call him number 5. LOL don't think bad of my mom...she has just made some very stupid mistakes when it comes to men. Well over the next 4 years I lived with Big Daddy and we were happy. I got pregnant with Bug in May of 06 and we moved to GA in Aug of 06. We lived with my mom, #5 and my sister and her boyfriend (who might I mention happened to be #5's son). So about 2 weeks went by and we moved into our apartment. Well since then #5 went back to Mexico to be with his real wife and left mom high and dry. Well my sister and her boyfriend married in Sept of last year...at least I think it was last year. Anyways let me give you a small bit of history on him he is a true fast MEXICAN no I don't have anything against them but anyone who knows a man from Mexico (not born in the US) knows that they like to drink and some can get unbelievably drunk...well one night in 2005 he got DRUNK and he tried to run my mom over with the car. SOOO hes not a nice drunk. Anyways my niece was born last April and well she was born into my life it seems. Things haven't been to well for them and aren't getting any better. Sooo where does all this come from right? Well you might have read my blog about my mom moving in with us right? WELL she moved to SC with my aunt...and her roommate. Soooo that left me and my sister here in GA. Well that was yesterday and tonight I was laying in bed talking to BD (no we weren't doing freakiness LOL) and the phone beeped in at about 11:30ish and it was my mom...she said CALL THE LAW SJR (my sister hubby) is trying to get A (my sister) out of the car, hes drunk and he's pulled a knife on people. Well I called my sis to see what she wanted me to do...She said Yes call them, I said are u sure...she said yes I'm sure...wait he's calling me...she hung up. I called her back and she said no wait I'll call you back...So I waited a min and then called her back and she was crying her eyes out screaming yes call them call them, he busted out her window and tried to pull her out...sooo I called 911 and told them what was going on and where she was at...do you know they asked me to ask her to call them. OMG shes in trouble and you want her to call you back. BS!!!! So anyways I called her back and she said she had left him sitting on the side of the road. She drove off and now she was up the street crying and what not. Did I mention my niece is in the car this whole time and he tried to make them wreak? So anyways the cops got to her and they started looking for him. Found him about a mile or so up the street. He fought with them for a little while and then they got him in the car. A wanted to talk to him but they wouldn't let her because every time he saw her he went nutz and started banging his head on the window and stuff...so we think he thinks she called the law. My mom and I believe if he had gotten her out of the car he would have hurt her. So anyways this whole thing comes down to this...my baby sister will probably be moving with us to Houston instead of my mom. I'd like to see someone else put up with my fam ily for one day. What a 4th of July right? Cant wait to see what tomorrow brings!
Night all its 1:40AM and I've gotta get up at 7 to go to the flea market and try to help my sister get some $$.

Well we've been busy busy bees these days I tell ya.
Friday we were sitting around and talking about going to Atlanta on Sat and found out hubbys aunt couldnt watch the kids on Sat sooo being the crazy people we are, we got all dressed up, got the kids stuff packed and drove to Atlanta at like 9pm. Went to Red Lobster for dinner (my treat), went to Atlantic Station and saw the Hulk (started at 11:55) (my treat), then checked into the JW Marriott at 2am (my treat)....why do I say my treat you ask? Well hubby always pays for everything and our anniversary was thursday so I paid for it this time.
Then on Saturday we got up ate breakfast at the hotel (did I mention how awesome this hotel is?) Then we went to his Aunts got the kids ready and BD and his aunt dropped Baby Girl and myself off at the Atlanta Aquarium (SOOOO NOT WORTH THE MONEY). We went with Girl Scouts...hubby and his aunt went to the park with Bug. So then they picked us up and we went back to her place. We drove home and went to bed. LOL sooo tired.
Sunday we went to my sis's house and had a great time. It was her way of saying goodbye to
hubby....make him cook thats the best way right? LOL
Monday we spent the day together doing nothing. LOL Cleaned out Baby Girls room (it was a huge mess...she hadnt slept in it in like 2 months. Cleaned out our closet and some other stuff.
Tuesday we got up at 5AM and drove to Atl to take hubby to the airport. Well on the way at about 6:38 I get a call from my mom saying she needs to move in with us. I was like ok I'll call you when I'm back in Athens. So I get back in Athens at about 9ish and go over to her house. We left at like 1 (spent all that time packing her stuff and loading it) then came back here and unloaded it all. I actually cooked dinner last night. I know AMAZING right. We had ribs, baked beans and BD's homemade mashed potatoes.
Today I've done NOTHING but sit on my big butt. I know not good but I'm SOOO tired. I'm ready for this move to be over.

You read that right. The Kents are purchasing a house...We're moving to Houston at the end of July. And at this point I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!! Its wonderful here! Anyways here is our house and stuff... Below is a link to our house. We go tomorrow to sign papers and it closes on July 16th. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, office, huge media center that made Mike smile so big, huge kitchen, beautiful dining room, 2 car gar. It was the 2nd house we looked at and 1k sq ft bigger than the 1st we looked at. We got in the car after looking at it looked at each other and said this is the one. Its sooooo beautiful.

So we started our journey of god knows how many miles on the 28th. Our first stop was Myrtle Beach. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights at the Hilton on the beach. We had a blast. We went to a resort owned by Bluegreen. We bought into their timeshare which was awesome. Here are some pics of our trip.

Well tomorrow is Baby girls last day of Kindergarden. She will be in first grade next year and its almost like yesterday that I was in the hospital with her. She has come a long ways this year and I am very proud of her. She is a very bright young lady with a bad attitude. LOL
I will have to update on other issues later...have a monkey on my back crying.

Well lets see....
I got up at 7 and called my mom cause she and her roommate/boyfriend wanted to go to the fleamarket and then we were going to go to breakfast...well he wasnt ready to get up yet so she told me to call her at 9 and so I did and she said he didnt wanna go but she was...so I went and picked her up. We went to the fleamarket to see my sister and then got gas and went to lunch at Ryans. It was pretty good...the food was better this time...service was great, but it was kinda dirty...ehh something is always wrong at that Ryans. LOL
So then I took mom home...so theres my mothers day in a bunch.
BD (Big DADDY) wished me happy mothers day earlier today and told me I could go get my sewing machine if I wanted but I think I'm gonna wait so we'll have more spending money on our trip to Myrtle Beach. My kids have been rotten all day (especially the bigger of the two) so my mothers day from them has been....pretty crapy. I'm at a loss with what to do anymore. LOL
Anyways I'm off to nap while Ant does...and then to clean up since they've trashed the place again.

Well as alot of you know I'm on a diet and a mission to lose 125 lbs. I started out at 255 last Jan. I fell off the band wagon recently but I'm back on and I am proud to say that I have lost a total of........64LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm over half way to my goal! Its been a very long and hard road but with the help of my man (who might I add is looking mighty sexy these days as well...as if he didnt before) I've managed to get this far.I am hoping to be down to 180 by the end of this month and I told Mike when I reach 189 I'm celebrating with PANCAKES at IHOP!Hope everyong is doing well.Donna

So this morning we get up and I've got to start counting money for girl scouts...it took me about 2 hours to count everything (almost 4k dollars) and then recount and recount again...I HATE money right now...well cash that is. So then I go get ready and take it to the bank and I've made some mistakes on the deposit slips...it took me about 30 mins in the bank to make 4 deposits.
So then I jet across town to deliver and order and pick up 2 printers and some demo certs from the office. So I get that and realize OMG its 230 and I'm supposed to be picking up Baby Girl at school 15 miles away. So I called my sister and she sent my mom right over to get Baby Girl.
I went and met her at her store and picked up Baby Girl and my sister asked her what she wanted for her birthday and she couldnt tell us. LOL We finially got some stuff out of her. Then she and I went and picked out her birthday cake at Publix and she couldnt decide....finially she picked Bratz after changing her mind about 20 times.
Then we load up and go deliver and order and then check the mail and pick up some GS money. Well while driving into the parking lot for the apartment BD calls and says he wants something to eat so I went back out and got something for us all to eat. Now I can sorta relax...I've got some orders to bag and books to label and call some people then its my free time.

So last night BD (BIG DADDY) tells me that he isnt going back to work for another week...Apparently he knew all along and was keeping it a secret...get this though my mom and sister knew too and didnt tell me. So here I am in depression mode and ready for him to leave and he isnt going anywhere...so now I've got like 3 days to plan Baby Girls 6th birthday party...so its gonna be at CEC on sat. YEA!!!what joy. LOL
I do love having him home though.

Well...we went to the park for DH to practice skating...he hasnt ever done so before. And well...he did really well. He fell some but other then that did great. Doodlebug and I watched and I skated around with Doodlebug in the stroller. Then DH's bad ankle started to bother him so we came home...now we're eating lunch and then we've gotta go shopping and to get Baby Girl...we were gonna go back skating but I dont see that one happening. Maybe we'll take the kids swimming instead...DH leaves tomorrow so I'm gonna be in slight depression mode.
