Sooooo I've set my mind to losing weight and I'm gonna do it.
I walked yesterday morning for 2 miles and then last night I walked another 1 mile.
I got up this morning and wanted to work out but then I started to feel lazy and didnt want to do anything. I pushed myself to get on the treadmilll and walk....and I did 2 miles!
I am proud to say I'm taking this seriously and I will lose this weight!
BD and I are going to have Sushi for lunch (2 points for 4 peices) and then we're going to the gym at 4 to do weights.

SOON I'm gonna blow away in the wind!

So I went in the kitchen and I told Big Daddy....
"SOOOO I'm looking for sponsors for my weight loss do you want to be one?"
He said whats that and what do I have to do?
I told him he had to pick a weight between 221 (my current weight) and 140 my goal (for now) and when I reach the weight he picked he has to present me with something...doesnt matter what you just offer a prize...and he looked at me and I said pick a weight he said 190lbs. I said ok and what do I get? His reply in a very serious voice...."400.00 CASH".
I asked him if he was serious he said yes....I told him all I have to do is lose 30lbs and you'll give me 400.00 and he agreed.
SOOOO now I've gotta get him to put it in writing.
Anyone else wanna pick a weight? I'm serious about this weight loss thing!

Ok so I've fallen off the wagon A LOT lately. And I've lost all of my motivation to lose this weight...Its been bothering me alot lately and I finally asked a friend who has recently lost 66lbs to give me some advice/motivation and she did. I'm not back on the wagon and I'm ready to get this weight off.
I'm thinking about starting the "Sponsor my weightloss" back up...anyone up for sponsoring my weight loss? I'm gonna need new clothes.
Here's to a new me and a new outlook on life.
My first weigh in will be next Thursday (10/1/09)...and my current weight is 221lbs.

Life has been crazy for a couple months with school going back in, being sick, my birthday and just stress. Its been a while since I stopped in for updates.

Baby Girl is doing great...BAD but great. She went back to school on the 24th of Aug and has already been in trouble several times. We dont know whats gotten into her but we're hoping we've fixed the problem. She hasnt gotten in trouble so far this week so we'll see...its only Thursday.

Bug is doing GREAT...BAD again but great. He's 2.5 and thinks hes 21. Smart mouthing everyone...you tell him sit back in his car seat and he tells you "I AM SITTING BACK!". He goes to daycare/school M-F and loves it for the most part...sometimes we have our issues getting through the door but then he's great. He has recently been telling people "I BOSS!" and "I AM A BIG BOY!" He's growing up so fast. We're thinking about having his bday party at PUMP IT UP. He'll love that. If we dont we're gonna do a FootBall party here at the house...since we have the Bouncy house and everything. Just gotta see what Houston Feels like in Jan...right now its gonna be 100 degrees.

Big Daddy is doing good. Working ALOT and well thats about it. LOL

I'm doing great...I had a round of a upper resp. infection but I'm doing better now. Trying to lose weight. Slow as a snail but hopefully since we joined the YMCA again I'll start loosing it faster.
Business is slow right now which is kinda ok with me gives me some time alone but also gives me time to come up with new stuff and work on the site...could use more money though. Other than that I'm all good.

Well where to start...hmmmm.....

I joined WW and am almost through my first week. I weigh in on Tuesday for the 1st time after starting....I'm kinda nervous cause I dont think I've lost anything but who knows right. LOL. I am doing good at keeping track of my points (speaking of which I need to write down dinner), and I'm doing GREAT at working out. I do 30 mins at 3.0 miles per hour and thats a total of 1.5 miles. If I can manage 2 times I do it twice...as of right now my body says NO WAY to the second go round. LOL We'll see what next week brings though. I'm motivated and excited and thats keeping me going. That and the thought of being a skinny minnie. I know I'm a super dork.
Other than that I'm just BLAH.

Big Daddy is doing great...He was doing his low carb diet but I think that went out the window with his impending trip to Scotland. I know I hate him too. He always gets to go to the coolest places. He has been keeping me motivated by asking about my points and such which helps me out alot.

Baby Girl is doing great too. Shes doing much better in reading (at grade level now) and her other classes are doing good too. She gets out of school next wed and well mommy isnt looking foward to a long summer with her ALL day long LOL. I'm sure we'll be out and about all the time. She will still be working on school work though durring the summer so that she can be ahead of the class when she starts school next year. She has 2 loose teeth which just happen to be her top front teeth. We've been trying to get one of them out for weeks. Its a fighter. BD is trying to pull it now...AGAIN. No luck.

Doodlebug is as bad as ever. Whats new though right? He is talking up a storm and sometimes we dont even know why he says the things he says. Today I accidently scratched him and I asked if he was ok he said "Yea I'm Fine". He says 5 word sentences now and is doing ok with the potty training thing. He goes great at school but at home he plays so much and forgets whats going on. He is wearing a 3t in shirts and 2t in pants its weird. Hes growing more and more every day. He amazes me more all the time with the things he does and says.

Soon I'll post pictures....I wont post any of myself till I'm good and skiny.

Soo its been a long time since I updated...is there really anyone who reads this anyways?
IF SO COMMENT...LOL Lets see how many do read.
Sooo anyways update:
Diet crashed and died a horrible death!!! But dont worry soon it will be coming back from the dead and make a grand enterence and wow everyone! LOL
I've actually been very sick lately. I've got to go into tomorrow for an upper GI (Gastroscopy) yea sucks! I have to be sediated and then they put tubes down my throat and go explore the unknown (my tummy!) they are gonna need a big camera LOL!!! So hopefully tomorrow we'll know whats wrong with me...besides the fact that I've lost my mind. If not they'll have to run more test. Sucks to be me!
Other than that we've been doing ok...Loads of dr visits though...between me being sick, Bug breaking his pinkie toe...yes some how my 2 year old broke the tip of his toe...and BG having strep throat. Our bank account has hit the DR limits for sure.
We had to take our beloved kitty Garra to the vet and have 7 of his teeth pulled out. That wasnt a nice vet bill to say the least.
Houston got a horrible horrible rain storm last night (more rain then when hurricane Ike hit us) so everything is flooded around here. Hubby tried to go to work this morning and got 6 miles in 1.5 hours so he came back home. Both kids were out of school today so I've just been playing catch up on orders.
BD is doing great...he started working on his book again (then got lazy LOL)...and he's been talking about getting a promotion at work...but that might mean we have to move overseas...which is fine with me. $$$$ Is what comes with that.
So anywho theres your update. Gonna go lay down for a few mins. Gotta get up at 6 AM to get BG ready and get myself ready to be at the hospital by 6:45. My procedure starts at 8:15 so BD is gonna take the kids to school and come back to be there when I wake up. Wish me luck...will update again after I can stay awake for 5 mins.

UPDATE....

We'll BG caught the flu and I ended up catching something similar but I was not doing very well for a couple days. I couldnt eat anything, actually I didnt eat anything at all really. Right now we're working on lowering our portion sizes and I'm starting to work out today. Bug is in daycare full time now (well from 9-3) but I actually have a moment to do something and not have to worry about him killing himself.
So Todays schedule looks like....

Quick update

We had Bugs Party, BG got the flu, then I got something sorta like the flu. I'm still sick and I've had one meal in 3 days. I've lost 10lbs since last wed the 21st. Its been a long week. I'm still feeling very bad so I wont be blogging much until I'm feeling better. Hopefully thats soon or else I'm gonna go insane.

Soooo there is a flower shop here in Houston called Just Say IT With Flowers...and I had called them a while back when I started making Hershey Kiss Roses and asked them if they had some supplies I could buy from them. They said yes, but I never got a chance to stop by and get them. I had called about 20 and they were the only ones to say yes. So anyways...I started making candy bouquets and HKiss Rose Bouquets and I thought well maybe I can call them and see if they would be willing to carry them in their shop. Worth a shot but I wasnt sure. I just got off the phone with them and she said they would love to carry them, the candy bouquets and the candy sundaes and for me to stop by Tuesday with some samples and we'll discuss prices and terms. I'm SOOOO HAPPY! I'm gonna take the Hannah Montana cake with me and if I have time I am gonna make a baby cake to take with me. Fingers Crossed everything works out. Cause now is the $$$$$ making season for flower shops!

Day Fourteen Entry One

Yes I know I'm a horrible blogger. My life has just been alittle busy is all. I've been trying to get things ready for Bugs birthday and working and all that kinda stuff. Today Bug and I went shopping and got some GREAT deals. We're hitting up CVS for some Reeses Cups tomorrow (NO NOT FOR EATING!).

I made a Candy Bouquet last night...here is the pic...
I've started on my HKisses Rose Bouquet but its not done. I'll be working more on it tonight and will share pics as soon as I get it done.


For Breakfast this morning I had my usual Eggs.
Eggs (with Ketchup...dont ask)= 2 Carbs

For Lunch I had a Salad
Salad (with French Dressing)= 5 Carbs
Total carbs so far today 7.
I dont know what we're having for dinner yet. I'm waiting on hubby to get home or call so then I'll know.

Day Thirteen Entry One
Got up this morning and took BG to school, then we went to Walmart to get party supplies and a few other things. Came back and ate some eggs. Bug has been tearin the eggs up lately. LOL He has a new found love for them I guess. He also ate a 2 oreos and a banana. I know piggy right? He has his 2 year check up on Friday so we're gonna see how much he's grown in 6 months. Anywho today should prove to be a productive day if I can manage to get the things I need to done. I've got to work on my Vday goodies for WTW, wash dishes, fold and wash clothes, and some other things. Speaking of which the groceries are still in the car (good thing its 42 degrees here). So I've gotta get.

MIA I know

I know I've been MIA. I spent the last few days with hubby. Saturday the kids and I cleaned and cleaned and then Sunday we spent the day out as a family since hubby was home. Yesterday I spent all day spending money (thats my fav thing to do! LOL) buying Bugs birthday presents. His birthday is Friday and we're having his party Sat. Last night I spent with hubby. I've got alot of work to do today. I'm gonna try to get Bug to lay down soon so I can start working on Vday goodies for WTW. I've also got some cleaning to do before hubby gets home tonight. Day Nine Entry One
Well today didnt go as expected. I didnt get much at all done. So I'm going to have to get up early tomorrow. I managed to fold almost all the clothes. and thats about it. I've got to finish BGs room, sweep, do dishes, vacuum and fold a few more clothes and I'll be all set. So I'll be getting up quite early to finish what needs to be done. I dont have alot but I know I'll start feeling lazy and not want to do it. The kids and I are going to go out to lunch tomorrow so we dont mess up the house before BD gets home. I cant wait. I'll be sitting by the door like alittle giddy school girl. LOL I'm a dork I know. But hey he's the love of my life and I havent seen him in 9 days so leave me alone. Here is todays menu...
Breakfast: Eggs =1 Carb (ketchup)
Lunch Left over Chicken = 4 Carbs
Dinner Mexican Layer Cassarole= 9 carbs (I had 1.5 servings)
Here is the recipe for Mexican Layer cassarole:

5-6 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 1.24 oz packet of Taco Seasoning
1/2 Medium Onion
2 Cloves of garlic
1- 1 1/5 block of cream cheese (softened)
Chopped tomato
Chopped lettuce
Shredded Cheese
Salsa or favorite taco sauce (optional)
Preparation Method:
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic until fully cooked.
Add in taco seasoning mix. Stir together. When fully cooked and mixed, pour into square casserole dish and let cool for 5-8 minutes.
Spread softened cream cheese on the top making sure it is spread evenly over the ground beef and covered. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Put tomatoes and lettuce over the shredded cheese.
Add salsa or taco sauce if desired.

Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
Carbs: 6 carbs per serving

It was great...tasted just like a taco without the shell..We'll def. be having it again!

Day Eight Entry Two

I skipped writing at lunch...been a busy bee. I cleaned the kitchen (stove, dishes {got a few more to do}, washed a load of clothes, hung my fans, and scones, cleaned up Bugs room, cleaned the spare room and moved BGs stuff in there {still got some more to move}, played with Bug, cleaned up the downstairs game room, hung, scones in the hall by the door, cleaned up the floor in the dinning room, took out the trash, went grocery shopping, cooked dinner and a few other small things. So today has been a productive day for the most part. Tomorrow will be very busy...I've gotta...fold clothes (about 10 loads I know sad!), finish BG's room (moving stuff), vacuum the theater, clean the upstairs game room, clean the spare room (which was BG's room), clean the bathrooms, sweep the downstairs (yes our entire downstairs is tile), vacuum my room, wash the bedspread and sheets, make the bed, and a few other things. I'm not going to try to clean my office right now cause I know it wont get done. I've also got a lot of things to make for What the Wrap. When BD gets home it will be easier for me to make things...however my laptop seems to have DIED! I'm so upset about that. BD said he would check on it when he gets home. I get the blue screen of death when I boot up accept when Bug beats on the thing while its starting up...yes it started up when he was beating on it GO FIGURE!. So its gonna be a long 2 days. I'm gonna make sure that everything is done though. Ask me where I got my energy from...I DON'T KNOW!!! LOL I've just been feeling like cleaning. Don't know why or how but I do. AMAZING cause if you know me personally you know I HATE cleaning. Well enough rambling...want to know what was for dinner? It was AMAZING! I am so going to have to cook this again when BD gets home! We had Hidden Valley Ranch Crispy Chicken and Kent's Green Beans...here is the recipe.

Hidden Valley Ranch Crispy Chicken
1 package (small) of Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
4 chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
1 egg
1/2 cup crushed pork rinds

Mix one envelope HV Ranch dry salad dressing mix with 1/2 cup finely crushed pork rinds and put in a large Zip-Loc bag. In a bowl, beat 1 egg. One at a time, dip 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the egg and then shake in the Zip-Loc until coated. Bake in 375 oven for 35 min or so. Wonderful flavor!
Total carbs: 16g, 4g per piece, and that's a generous estimate, because you probably won't use all the mixture.

Total carbs for the day = 10 Carbs

This was wonderful! Even BG ate it all. I told BD all the things I had been cooking (I DON'T COOK THAT OFTEN!) and he said great you can cook now. He usually cooks...but he likes to so SHHHH. Now I can cook some too and he wont have to worry so much. Its been cool trying new things. All of the things (accept the green beans) that I've been cooking is a first for us. Its nice to be able to try different things that fit into our budget and diet. Eating right can cost a lot of $$ most of the time, that's why a lot of people choose to eat wrong...hey that was our problem too. Anyway time for me to put the demons to bed and try to get some sleep for my busy day tomorrow. Have a great night!

Day Eight Entry One
Well I havent felt good since last night, and I'm not sure why. My stomach is upset, I'm hot as all get out, and I have no desire to do anything at all. I managed to eat some eggs for breakfast this morning with Bug and a few of these little sausage bite things (just three of them). Its been one of those mornings. I have managed to hang my fan in my bedroom, hang my scones in there and hang a few other items around. I've really got to get up and finish doing what needs to be done. I dont know where my motivation is today. Ok well I better get before Bug breaks a window with the basketball.

Day Seven Entry Three
Nothing special has happened since I last wrote. Well I did manage to get my dishes done, the kids a bath, cook and eat dinner, paint BGs nails, and thats about it. LOL LAZY! Actually I'm not feeling very well. I dont know what I ate but my stomach is very unhappy with me for eating it. I'm not sure what it was. I could barely stand the smell of the fingernail polish. My children are seriously driving me insane right now though. I dont know what has goten into them but they better get it out. Well lets see I guess I should post what was for dinner right?
Cheeseburger patties and a pickle. WOW I know right.
I just made cheese burgers without the buns and put lettuce on top.

I'm going to go ahead and put the midgets to bed and try to get some rest myself. I need to do some serious heavy cleaning tomorrow so I'm not busting my behind on Saturday.

Day Seven Entry Two
So I managed to get half my kitchen cleaned...some clothes washed, and some scones hung on the wall. Other than that I spent the day talking to my bestest friend and doing nothing. I know get your crap together right Donna? I'm gonna have to here soon. I'm gonna cook dinner and fold clothes while the kids are in bed tonight. And then tomorrow I'm gonna finish cleaning down stairs and start moving BGs room to the spare room. Anywho lunch was Chicken Salad Salad and was 2 carbs. Other than that nothing else today.
So total carbs for today are 2 carbs and now I'm gonna go fix dinner.

Day Seven Entry One
Got up this morning and got BG ready for school. Dropped her off and went to my favorite place...WALMART. I was only going in to get nails, paper towels, and magic erasers. Well I got more then that LOL. So anwyays Bug and I just got back. We're getting ready to eat breakfast...late I know. Its ok. I'm used to it. We're gonna eat our usual Eggs and Sausage. I picked up some snacks that are low in carbs so I will be able to snack when I'm not able to eat. I got Jerkey sticks with Cheese 1 carb per set, Jerkey low in fat 1 carb for 1 oz, and peanuts 5 carbs for 1oz. So anywho.
I ate a stick and cheese so thats 1 carb and then breakfast is 0 so 1 carb for breakfast...lets see how the rest of the day goes though. I'll have to go to the grocery store tonight to get a few things but other than that I'm not going shopping the rest of the week!!!!

Day Six Entry Two
Well now what did I manage to get done today? Almost all my dishes, I hung my new Oriental fan, and thats about it. I spent some time with Bug drawing and watching tv. We didnt get up till 10:45ish. I still have to do some more dishes and then wash a load of clothes and I'm done for today. I'm going to go get Bug's birthday pics taken tomorrow morning and then come home and clean. I've got so much to get done I really need to stop putting it off. I always do that though. I put everything off until the last minute. Its a bad habbit I need to break. Anyways
Dinner was great and it was my own recipe.
I made Lemon and Pepper Turkey Breast, Green Beans and corn for the kids.
Lemon and Pepper Turkey breast:
1 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
4 Turkey Breast filets (you can get these at walmart or kroger)
Seasoning Mix:
Lemon and Pepper Seasoning (2 tbs)
Garlic Powder (2 tsp)
Onion Powder (2 tsp)
mix together... rub turkey in seasoning.
Heat skillet on medium and melt butter and oil. Add turkey and cook until juices are clear/turkey is browned.
I also made some turkey gravy to go with it (3 carbs per 1/4 cup)
Total Carbs for dinner= 8 Carbs
Total Carbs for entire day= 10.5 Carbs

Day Six Entry One

Well Bug didnt go to sleep until 1:30 this morning and so neither did I. He is not afraid of the dark so he has no problem venturing out into it to get in trouble. We finally went to sleep and then had to get up this morning to get BG ready for school. After taking her to school Bug and I went back to bed. We didnt get up Until 10:30 so brekfast was out. We did eat lunch and hopefully that will hold us over. I doubt he is going to be napping any time soon. I dont think I'm going to let him nap since he slept so late. I'm about to start on my to do list and try to get some of those things marked off. I've got tons on there.
Lunch included...
Salad (Lettuce, Egg, dressing)= 2 carbs (dressing)
1/2 Chicken Breast with CD sauce= .5 Carbs.
Total for lunch 2.5 carbs

Day Five Entry Three
Well after lunch I chatted with BD alittle online. Went and picked up BG from school came home and did some dishes, talked to BD alittle (its so nice to hear his voice!), then I put together Bugs art table his uncle gave him from Christmas (THANKS UNCLE D). The kids loved that...they colored forever after their baths. Then I cooked dinner we had Chicken Diane again...BG was begging for it so I made it for her. The kids finished dinner and Bug had a brownie and BG some ice cream. Now they are watchin tv in my room probably about to pass out. I am going to do the dishes, start a load of clothes and relax for a while. I've got a to do list thats 10 miles long for tomorrow. We wont be going anywhere tomorrow other than taking BG to school. Atleast I dont think we will...never know with me. I might find something I "NEED" and have to leave for a little while. LOL I've got cleaning to do, work on wrappers, and design them, work on bouquets,and a few other things. I really need to hang pictures. LOL I've been saying that since I moved in, its so funny cause we still dont have any hanging. Well off to finish my list and do those chores. I'm sure I'll have something to blog about tomorrow. I'll get some pics of Bug drawing at his table and my workout chart (thats blank...I'm gonna add to it tomorrow!!!).

Day Five Entry Two
Ant and I went out and didnt get back till 2:00. We left here and went to pick up BD tags for his car. Then we went to the PO and checked the mail, then Sallys to get BG some stuff for her hair and a new brush, then to Hobby Lobby to pick up more cello wrap for my candy bouquets and some curling ribbon cause it was 80% off. Then we went to Party City to see if they had WOW WOW Wubbzy party supplies and they didnt. The only place here that woulda sould it would have been Arnes and they burt down =o( like last week. How said is that! So I'm gonna do Yellow and make my own favors...thats what my business is for right? LOL Then we went to Lane Bryant to return a dress and pick up a pair of jeans. Then to Kroger to see if they had WWW cakes. And they dont....but she said if I could bring in a pic they could try to make a pull apart cake in that shape. So we'll see what happens. Then we went to CVS to get candy for the candy bouquets.

Day Five Entry One

Ok So I've already typed this once...and dont feel like typing it again. I'm so mad that my internet went out. Basically....BG went back to school so now Bug is driving me nutz. Bug and I are getting ready to go out to a few stores. I've lost 3lbs and have 2 more to go to meet my mini goal of losing 5 before BD gets home from his trip.

Sooooooooooo
Nothing exciting happened today. We went to wally world and that's about it....OH WAIT I got to talk to BD. Its killing me not having him here so I can fuss and nag. I miss him sitting there like whatever.
We didn't do much today but sit around and be lazy bums. I've got a lot of work to do this week though. Between moving my website and making valentines day products, the kids, and cleaning I should be busy. Well for dinner we had Salsa Chicken Soup. It was great! Here is the recipe.
Salsa Chicken Soup:
1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed (I used 1 lbs...I love my meat)
1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth (I used 1.5 cans)
1 3/4 cups water
1.5 tablespoons chili powder
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups salsa
Shredded cheese (optional)

In a large saucepan, combine chicken, broth, water, and chili powder. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the corn; bring to boil. Reduce heat (I put it on like 5); simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and corn is tender. Add the salsa and heat through. Garnish with cheese if desired.
Serving size: 1 cup
Yield: 5 servings
Carbs per servings: 7 (without cheese) 7.5 with 1/4 cup cheese

Total carbs for dinner 15 Carbs

total carbs for day 20 Carbs (Most I've eaten since I started).

Well off to give the kids a bath, watch Wall.E and wait for BD to call. I've got chocolate roses to make tonight also.

I know not much but hey its food. LOL
Boiled the shirmp and the broc. I added some cheese to the top of the broc. so that it would have some flavor.

Day Four Entry One
So today I started anew. I'm actually getting ready to head out and spend some money...nope BD its not yours this time. Anyways I wanted to stop in for a sec and write down breakfast. I'm still feeling kinda weird so I didnt eat much.
I had 4 eggs with 1/2 cheese =0 carbs
yep thats all I had. For lunch I think we're gonna have left over porkchops and then for dinner I'm making Chicken Salsa Soup.

Ok so I didn't post yesterday. I was busy doing all kinds of things I shouldn't have been doing...spending money ;o) thats for BD cause he knows I'm spending all his money. Anywho Yesterday for breakfast I had 3 eggs and 2 pieces of sausage. Wasn't really in the eating mood. Then the kids and I loaded up and went to the flea market here (Traders Village). So I had heard it was big and I was like yea I've seen big. We got there at 11:00AM we walked around for HOURS and finally loaded back in the car at 2:30PM. Yes we walked around for 3.5 hours. Poor BG was ready to go. She kept asking can we go home now please mom. We had to eat lunch there and since it was the weekend and I hadn't been feeling good I had some food I shouldn't have..BBUTTT I only had 1 Chicken tender and 10 fries...I had a bottle of water to drink Aquafina of course. Then we went to Hobby Lobby and did some more walking around. We got loads of goodies for my business and then we had to hurry home...BD tried calling while we were there and I wanted to get home. So on the way home I pulled up to the neighbors house opened the door and WALA I was down to ONE kid. HEHEHE...I know nice right? NOT All I heard from bug the rest of the night was "Where SHHHIIISHHHEEYYY (sissy)?" We played ball, and road the four wheeler and watched tv. I attemped to make a new product but it wasn't something I had made before and so I had to learn a little. I talked to BD a little on the computer downloaded some graphics and finally went to bed at 12:20. OH yea for dinner I had a Chicken Salad Salad and a pickle spear.
I cant say what my total carbs were for yesterday but I'm sure it wasn't good. I did get 4 hours of exercise though LOL. So now I'm starting anew.

Day Two Entry Three
Well today was like any other day. I didnt feel to well today and still dont tonight so I didnt do much. I did manage to find a new company to host my website and I've very excited about making the move! BG went over to her friends house to play for a little while today which was nice accept that Bug was all over me asking where she was. I dont know what I would do if she wasnt around. He would drive me insane. With his 2nd birthday coming soon I am thinking about putting him in daycare 2 days a week so that he can play with other kids. He really needs the exposure.
As for my dinner menu...
Braised Pork Chops and Kents Special Green Beans (see previous post for rec.)
Braised Pork Chops:
1 teaspoon ground rosemary
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
1.5 tablespoons olive oil
1.5 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup Apple Juice
4 (4oz) pork chops boneless
Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Rub seasonings on pork chops (you will actually have enough to do eight pork chops if you would like). Heat butter and oil over Med heat, brown pork chops on both sides. Remove and keep warm. Place Apple Juice in the same skillet and bring to boil. Return pork chops to skillet reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 mins, until juices run clear. Remove pork chops and keep warm. **I didnt do this part but you can. Add another 1/3 cup apple juice and boil until the stock is 1/2 cup. Pour over Pork Chops and serve.** I just served the chops after taking them out of the apple juice.
Total Carbs per pork chop=1 Carb
Total Carbs for entire dinner (pork chop (x2) and 1 cup green beans) 7 Carbs
Total Carbs for entire day= 8 Carbs

Day Two Entry Two
So today I didnt clean like I wanted. I've been in some pain and not wanted to really do anything at all. I am tired thats for sure. I'm gonna try to get some cleaning done before Bug wakes up from his nap. SO here is the lunch menu...

Day Two Entry One
So I'm off to a late start. I was up till 3:30 this morning...couldnt sleep. I always do this when its just me and the kids in the bed. Besides the fact that they kick me all night. So I watched the Biggest Loser Finale last night (rerun) and I was jealous, inspired, happy, motivated all rolled into one. I made my workout/goal chart last night and I hung it in my bedroom where I have to see it everyday. I'll take a pic later and post it. We were going to go out shopping today but I think instead we're going to stay home and CLEAN. Did you know a person of my size burns ALOT of calories in serious cleaning for just one hour. Like I'm talking scrubbing cleaning not let me wash dishes cleaning (insert laughing sound here). I always say I'm going to clean today and I dont I sit on my fat but doing something I shouldnt. So today I WILL CLEAN!!!!!!!! Hubby always complains I dont clean enough so this time when he gets home it will be a whole new house. Anywho on to the breakfast menu....

3 Eggs with 1/2 slice cheese and shreaded chicken (left over from last night)
3oz Sausage
16 oz bottle of Aquafina water

Day One Entry Three
Well day one has come and gone and you know what...I DIDN'T CHEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There have been many temptations...like now (my kids are eating ice cream) and before when I was bagging up Cupid Poop and Cupid's Arrows for WTW (they are candy filled bags)...and still I didn't cheat...wanted to but didn't! GO ME!
Exercise for the day: Walmart walking for 2 hours. LOL I spend that long in walmart yes!
Soooo now for dinner...
I made Chicken Diane (and Kent's Special Green Beans) I've never made this before but I have to say OMG its good. When I was making it I thought to myself there is no way Baby Girl is going to eat this. So before I put the sauce on I told her to come taste it...she came over looked at it and looked at me and said "Mommy are you sure that's good?" I told her yes and that I liked it. She tasted it and gave me a look of pleasure. So I put it on her chicken and I'm surprised she didn't lick the plate clean. She actually asked me if I would please make it again when BD gets home...I wanted to cry.
So how do you make it you ask here is the recipe.

Chicken Diane:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
1/2 teaspoon salt (we only use Kosher...has more flavor)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil (I actually used 2 tablespoons and you'll find out why in a min)
2 teaspoons butter (I actually used 2 tablespoons and you'll find out why in a min)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (I used dry...cause I'm lazy...just as good)
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard (I used 2 tablespoons and you'll find out why in a min)
1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons chopped green onions (I just eyeballed it)

Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness (you dont have to just takes longer to cook); sprinkle both sides with salt and peeper. In a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken in oil and butter over med heat for 3-5 minutes (longer if you don't flatten) on each side or until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm. In the same skillet (DON'T DUMP JUICES..makes more sauce that's why I used more butter, mustard and oil), whisk the lemon juice, parsley and mustard until blended. Whisk in broth and green onions, heat through. Serve over chicken. Yield: 4 servings
Total Carbs per serving (one breast with 4.5 teaspoons sauce)= 1 CARB!!!!!!!!!!!

Kent's Special Green Beans:
Fresh green beans (not canned) as many as you'd like to cook...depends on how many people
Kosher Salt (NO REGULAR SALT!)
Pam cooking spray butter flavored

Boil Green Beans in med-large stock pot for 8-10 mins...depends on how soft you'd like them...we do 8 minutes. After 8 minutes remove from burner and drain. Leave in strainer, spray with Pam cooking spray until coated. Sprinkle Kosher Salt over Green Beans (Depends on salt but dint be greedy) and serve.
Total Carbs for Kent's Special Green Beans = 4.9 for 1/2 I had about 1/3 so 2.5

12oz Diet Root Beer

Total Carbs for Dinner= 3.5 CARBS
Total Carbs for entire day= less than 5 Carbs...SOOO EASY! And I've got a limit of 20!

I am so proud of myself for not cheating! I bought my dry erase board to put beside my treadmill and keep track of what I'm doing and for how long. I'm also going to write my goals and such on it to remind myself what I'm doing and why. If you try the chicken and or green beans let me know.
Well off to give the kids a bath watch a movie and go to bed...its been a long day and I've got 9 more ahead of me =o(.

So now that I've cleaned my face and stopped crying for the moment I thought I would post lunch.

1 Chicken Salad Salad (no thats not a typo)
Here's how you make it....
Salad
1-2 cups Lettuce =0 carbs
1 hard boiled egg chopped up =0 carbs
1 table spoon shreaded cheese =0 carb
2 table spoons chopped red onions =0 carbs
3/4 cup Chicken Salad = >1 Carb
How to make chicken salad....Total Carbs for Chicken Salad=2 carbs
1 can canned chicken cut/shreaded (I buy mine in bulk from Sams Club)
2 tablespoons (these are alittle larger scoops) Mircle Whip = 2 carbs
2.5 tablespoons Sweet Relish (No Sugar Added...dont ask me why its sweet) =0 Carbs
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
pinch of Kosher Salt
pinch of ground pepper
12oz can of Diet Root Beer =0 Carbs
Total Carbs for entire meal = >1 Carbs
Not quite sure whats coming for dinner. We're going out in a few mins to go shopping I'm thinking of trying one of my new meals. I'll let you know though. If you try the Chicken Salad Salad let me know...its GREAT!

For ages men have been going off to war, on hunting trips etc...since the dawn of time. Take for instance the Spartan people (not the ones of today but the serious warriors)...The men would leave at least 3 times a year to go to war and the women would say goodbye each time as if it was their last. They would always tell them "With this shield or on it". BD and I have had 7 1/2 years of coming and going. From the navy where he would leave for 1-6 months to this new job where he was leaving every other month for a month at a time. And when we lived back in Athens and other women would ask what does your husband do, I would tell them and then tell them how often he left. And every time I would get this look and the words "OMG girl I don't know how you do it", and every time I would say the same thing "You get used to it. Its not me making the sacrifices its him". Every other month I would drive 1.5 hours and say goodbye to the love of my life, knowing he would be back in a month but still in the back of me there was a worry that this could be the last, and so I would drive home that 1.5 hours crying because my best friend wasn't riding next to me. I know some wives say bye for a lot longer than that but after having him home for a month straight and then all of a sudden my bed was empty it kinda hurts. A month later I would pick him up and it was like someone had glued all the pieces back together and I was whole. My best friend, husband and soul mate was next to me each night when I went to sleep and there when I woke up. And then one day BD popped up and said hey we're moving to Houston. And at first I really didn't want to my family and friends were in Athens and it was a long ways away...but then I thought every night and every morning there he would be, sleeping peacefully next to me. I could curl up and put my head on his chest and he wouldn't go anywhere. Well we moved and then I got hit with the "hey I gotta go overseas for a couple weeks" Before it was just a domestic flight in the US but now its overseas. Needless to say I was very unhappy. The first trip was at the worse possible time. He missed my birthday and our wedding anniversary. Oh and did I mention that Houston got hit by a HUGE hurricane like 3 days after he left. It was horrible! So when he finally did come home I told him no more. Well about 2 weeks ago he popped up and said...I gotta go to Singapore again. I was like NO WAY. He told me it was for a week but then a week later it changed to 2 weeks and then Monday it changed to 9 days. And now I look back and I think about all those wives that asked me HOW DO YOU DO IT! and I think to myself I have NO clue how I managed to be without him so much. In 2 years he was home 9 months and it was "ok" with me, but now that he has been home and with me all the time (yes sometimes I wish to just strangle him) I cant help but cry again. I remember watching him in the rear view mirror walking away from the van and crying...now I have to watch him walk out the door. For 7.5 years I've always had to say goodbye at some point and watch him walk away whether it be down a pier onto an awaiting submarine or to an airport onto a plane or even watching him walk out the front door of our home to get into an awaiting car it kills me every time. I told him today when he made me cry by giving me another hug (after my "final hug" I can only do one at a time on these trips) "It never fails"...I am always going to cry and I'm always going hurt because even though I know he'll be home in 9 days its as if I'm that Spartan woman standing in the field handing my husband his shield and telling him goodbye. Yes I know I'm the biggest cry baby but if you've ever felt for someone the way I feel for my husband and have to tell them goodbye or see ya in a week/month/year you know how it feels and you know where I'm coming from. I have to say this for those wives whose husbands serve in the military I have the utmost respect for you. You are stronger than many of us to be able to say goodbye to someone you love and know maybe they wont be coming home or not knowing when they'll step off that boat or plane is more then I can take anymore. I think now I'm one of those women asking "HOW DO YOU DO IT?!"

DAY ONE ENTRY ONE
Sooo I got up this morning and thought wow its 2009 and BD and I started talking about how long we had been together and all that kinda stuff. You know the mushy stuff.
Well last night my "last meal" was Turkey Legs, Rice and Red Beans, and Corn Bread. I made sure to eat more than I could possibly hold. I then managed to eat 2 brownies and that was it. BD (Big Daddy) said well you better eat up now...I guess that was his way of making fun of me. I got up this morning and since BD is leaving for Singapore today he's home till his chauffeur picks him up. I wanted to bad for him to make me some "professional" waffles with his "professional" waffle maker he got for Christmas but I promised myself last night I wouldn't cheat. I was reading online last night and did you know that 75% of people who make NY Resolutions break them. NOT THIS GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not break! Its gonna be hard at times like when my MIL comes to visit and she cooks (man her food is so good) or the fact that Bugs birthday is in 16 days and we want to have a party. And then Baby Girls is in March. But you know what....I will not be one of those 75% people!
Anyways...enough about that lets talk food!

For breakfast I'm having the following today

3 eggs Scrambled with about 1/2 a slice of Velveeta cheese in. = 0 Carbs
Conecuh sausage 3oz = 0 Carbs
and a 16.9oz bottle of Aquafina water (this is the best water out there!!!) =0 Carbs
Total Carb intake for Breakfast.....0!

I already took my Xenadrine RFA-1 pill (if you dont know what this is read up on it....but it works!!!)
OK off to cook my food and plan the day. Since BD is leaving the kids and I will probably head out after him to go grab some goodies for dinner. I've got some great recipes I want to try. Look back at lunch time for an update!

You know after I took this pic and looked at it...I'm ashamed to say I let myself get this way. I started out at 129 when I met BD and I went up to 255 with Bug (my preggocy) and then I lost 60lbs and I was looking great...then I let myself go again. I am here to say this though....I WILL NOT LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN! I WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF!!!
