Day Two Entry One
So I'm off to a late start. I was up till 3:30 this morning...couldnt sleep. I always do this when its just me and the kids in the bed. Besides the fact that they kick me all night. So I watched the Biggest Loser Finale last night (rerun) and I was jealous, inspired, happy, motivated all rolled into one. I made my workout/goal chart last night and I hung it in my bedroom where I have to see it everyday. I'll take a pic later and post it. We were going to go out shopping today but I think instead we're going to stay home and CLEAN. Did you know a person of my size burns ALOT of calories in serious cleaning for just one hour. Like I'm talking scrubbing cleaning not let me wash dishes cleaning (insert laughing sound here). I always say I'm going to clean today and I dont I sit on my fat but doing something I shouldnt. So today I WILL CLEAN!!!!!!!! Hubby always complains I dont clean enough so this time when he gets home it will be a whole new house. Anywho on to the breakfast menu....
3 Eggs with 1/2 slice cheese and shreaded chicken (left over from last night)
3oz Sausage
16 oz bottle of Aquafina water
Total number of carbs from breakfast = O Carbs!!!
Oh and I took my multivitiam and Green Tea Pill and my Xenadrine RFA-1
