Sooooo I've set my mind to losing weight and I'm gonna do it.
I walked yesterday morning for 2 miles and then last night I walked another 1 mile.
I got up this morning and wanted to work out but then I started to feel lazy and didnt want to do anything. I pushed myself to get on the treadmilll and walk....and I did 2 miles!
I am proud to say I'm taking this seriously and I will lose this weight!
BD and I are going to have Sushi for lunch (2 points for 4 peices) and then we're going to the gym at 4 to do weights.
SOON I'm gonna blow away in the wind!
