Day two

So yesterday was a hard hard day for me! I wanted so badly to go grab some chocolate and go to town. I had an uncontrolable craving...however I DID NOT let it get the best of me! I bought the rice cakes so that I would have something "sweet" and still healthy. I never liked rice cakes until I tried the Apple Cinnamon ones.

Anywho todays breakfast menu included:
2 Eggs w/american cheese =185 cals
3 sausage links =160 cals
1 peice of gluten free toast w/Strawberry jam = 110 cals
Total calorie intake for breakfast was 455 calories.
Heres a pic of breakfast (the bread was GREAT even if it doesnt look that way)Did a work out on the wii...it was good but not good enough. Planning to do another round this afternoon after I finish up these roses.

Lunches menu consisted of:
Spring Onion Rice Noodle Bowl =250 Cals
1/2 cup peaches w/2 tbs whipped cream =100 cals
Total for lunch was 350 calories and very filling!

Snack was 7 Carmel rice cakes at 60 cals.

Dinner was good....had Sloppy Rice (Rice with Sloppy Joe mix on top).

2 cups rice =322

4 oz Sloppy joe mix =328 cals

3oz french fies =120 cals

Total for dinner was 770 calories.


Total for the day 1635 calories. Not a bad day! Gonna try some bacon tomorrow morning with some eggs and grits.
