Day One

Ok so my morning didnt go as planned so my workout will have to wait until tonight when everything calms down. I have a busy day planned and if I can fit it in there before tonight thats a plus. This mornings weight was 224.5 lbs. EHHH...heres my proof.


So for this morning breakfast....
2 eggs w/pepperjack cheese =162 cals
3 peices breakfast sausage =160 cals
1 cup Pepperjack cheese grits =153 cals
total for breakfast was 475 cals...not bad and very filling.
Heres a pic of my breakfast...
Lunch consisted of.....
3 Quaker Apple Cinnamon Rice Cakes at 50cals each=150 cals

Dinner was....
6oz of Pork Steak =415cals
1/2 cup of Pork and Beans =110cals
1 cup of coleslaw =228 cals
Total for dinner was 753 cals.
Heres what dinner looked like.....
Todays total was 1378 cals. Not bad. I am planning on working out tomorrow morning as soon as I wake up. Off to get some work done.

The food looks great on the plates...I'm still no fan of grits though =P

@Erin: I love my plates. Got them when we bought the house...they are HEAVY! Target had them they are 70.00 a set and I got 2 sets.
@Emily: Thanks...didnt want to use our cheap RainForest Plastic plates to take pics...I love my plates and we never use them unsless we have guest so this gives me a reason.
